So... a little panicked

44k this week 10k in 4.08/km 20 x 400m in 90s with 30s rolling recovery 10k in 4.29/km HR 148 10 x 800m in 3m04 with 30s rolling recovery

So I got a little panicked and returned to the tried and tested New Interval Training from last season ( this was largely responsible for the 5 minute time difference for my 10 mile race last year. So I returned to it, it was time to get some speed work done. Not a bad start - 2 in a week and not feeling heavy in the legs. Unfortunately (from a training perspective) I was home alone with my 18 month old daughter for 4 days so did not get the chance to complete a long run at the weekend.
