New patient appointments are longer to allow time for a detailed assessment, an explanation of the findings and the development of your initial treatment plan.

Fit by Physio works with major health insurers, including Bupa, AXA and WPA.

If you're using insurance, please contact your provider directly beforehand to obtain authorisation, as this is something you'll need to arrange yourself before your appointment. Email us if you're not sure how your cover works and we'll help where we can.

What to bring to your first appointment

• Comfortable clothing you can move in

• Any scan reports, GP letters or surgeon's notes relevant to your problem

• Your insurance authorisation code, if applicable

Cancellation policy

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule - a cancellation fee may apply for late notice or missed appointments.
